Winter is Coming

 A time of slowing down (unless you are on the mountain), cooling off (unless you are near the equator), and introspection (unless you are binge-watching Sopranos), winter provides many opportunities to learn more about yourself, become more who your are (rather than a hypnotized robot for someone else) and how you do things. Image purchase from Shutterstock In this stressful last few years of living, it is important to return to yourself, be true to who you are and commit to becoming the best “you” possible. When I say the “best,” I don’t mean perfect. Any of you who know me know that I am far from perfect. I stay on a path, that’s all. Do you have a path? Do you know where you are going? Do you want to choose your future to a certain extent? Do you want to make better choices in your daily life?
